ESG Framework

Regarding the ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) framework at NewCo, the disclosure of non-financial information is based on the “ESG Information Disclosure Guide” issued by the Athens Stock Exchange.

The term ESG refers to environmental, social and corporate governance issues that can affect a company's ability to generate value in the long term. Through indicators that record performance in matters of environment, society and corporate governance (ESG indicators), the ability of companies to create value and formulate strategies with a long-term horizon is captured.
