Utilization of the STEP Alternative Market of the Athens Exchange, which is addressed to new and innovative companies.

NewCo S.A. announces that on Wednesday 20 April it has applied for the inclusion of its shares for trading in the EN.A. STEP category of the Athens Exchange (AEX) Alternative Market through Aeonic Securities CIF PLC, which is an approved Listing Advisor of the AEX.
The CEO of the company, Mr. Manolis Chrysostalis, on the occasion of the filing of the inclusion file, stated: “For us at NewCo, listing on a stock exchange is a key strategic option. We believe that it will contribute to our corporate development and improve our appeal to customers, both in Greece and abroad. At the same time, we hope it will be an interesting option for investors.”
In addition, Mr. Chrysostalis expressed the company’s satisfaction with the excellent cooperation so far with the Listing Advisor, Aeonic Securities CIF PLC, and Business Management Cosnulting, P&I, which has provided advisory support for the organization and development of NewCo, from its inception to date.
Meeting the ever-increasing needs of the private and public sector as well as citizens for:
- certified documents of high security index (BlockChain authetication)
- services related to access to sensitive personal information related to health (Tap2SOS application)
- services for the provision and activation of smart seals (Smart Shilding) applicable to energy meters and the logistics sector
are the initial markets that the company will address, with the main objective of developing them.
